Ashraf is an Egyptian qualified lawyer with over 16 years of experience advising and representing clients in corporate, commercial & civil transactions, criminal and labour matters.
One of his main strengths, in addition to drafting pleadings for matters heard at all Court levels, is his wide experience with UAE Courts and Government Departments. Ashraf, also advises corporate clients on a variety of matters, with a particular focus on the establishment of offshore Companies in the UAE free Zones.
